:: remote-architecture is a new service by Swiss Architect Dan Schulthess who graduated at ETHZ Architectural school in 1996. subwave Internet is his company, running some quite successfull online projects like SWISSMADE.com and fliegeruhren.ch.

We are specialised in architectural concepts, Schulthess is a typical designer-architect who has often the right ideas and a modern, rational thinking. His architecture is straigt, simple, pragmatic, economic and functional. His style is close to Le Corbusier, Richard Neutra, Frank Lloyd Wright, Sullivan, Siza. Not many more. He has won several prices in architectural competitions together with his wife, architect in germany, and other friends from ETH studies.
Swiss Federal Institute of Architecture (ETHZ) was / still is one of the best and toughest schools worldwide - if not the best.
Besides the conceptual thinking, the computer- / 3D modeling and -visualisations, in general new media skills of Schulthess are strong. Our office for digital arts and architecture is now also taking mandates for building-designs all over the world - we will visit the location of course (and over Google Earth) and work toghether with local companies for the construction.
